Nothing bigger this time! I'm sorta trying to break out from my usual comfort zone by leaving the lineart visible and using light colours. This started as a simple doodle after a session of Oblivion. I didn't think of starting a bigger project or even finishing this - so I did not have the intention to do even MORE fan art at the beginning, believe me. :B And I thought I'd be taking a break for a while... sigh.

Oh right, for those who aren't familiar with The Elder Scrolls series: Azura is a Daedra Prince (a masculine form, that's how it's supposed to be) whose sphere is dawn and dusk and is commonly considered one of the "good" Daedra.

Photoshop CS, ~5h.
And by the way, I'd prefer no heavy critique on this. I have a strong feeling I don't want to go back working on this again.

NEIN!

The Daedra Prince Azura is actually what the Dunmer used to be before the Tribunal poisoned the Nerevraine. I can't remember what they're called but they have golden skin and golden eyes (Like what Almalexia looks like) but when the Tribunal poisoned the Nerevraine Azura cursed them and their people to have black skin that reflects the evilness in their heart and eyes as red as the cruel Red Mountain. I highly doubt Azura would take the curse upon herself..... NEVERTHELESS this is so awesome that it made me get only 5 hours of sleep since it caused me to re-play Morrowind all over again.
I also spilled coffee on my new jeans.

i never really pictured azura to be a dunmer. always felt like more of a... i dunno maybe one of her own species, like sheogorath.

Azura was the "god" of the Chimer and the Chimer turned into Dunmer. I think the only way she has even been portrayed in any TES game was either with the bronze Chimer skin or the dark Dunmer skin.

I hate that guy! Apparently he was undercover and killed the arena champion. :hmm: It said it somewhere in Skyrim, but can't remember where.

I don't think it's the same adoring fan though. Cicero in Skyrim is an Imperial so he couldn't have lived for over 200 years. The adoring fan was a bosmer.
