Isn't Kagrenac the one dwemer guy in Morrowind who created Keening and that one hammer and gauntlet to get power from the Heart of Lorkhan

P.S.: Earlier in comments it was said that you meet one Dwarf in Morrowind, but I believe you can say more: the last living Dwarf in Corprussarium, a friendly talking Dwarf ghost from Tribunal and a whole bunch of bad ghosts (but those can be ignored as a characters).

Ah Kagrenac, you priest/inventor who sent me on an hours long quest collecting all your tools. Also am I the only who gets annoyed that kneeing is in Skyrim and not Wraithgaurd. Let me tell how my experience went without Wraithgaurd "Oh cool a dwemer looking short sword, wow look at all these enchantments, i'm going to use this right away!" I become mortally wounded and die.
