Well, it had to happen someday. I'm sorry, don't beat me. If you cannot recognize the characters, it's either you or I who fails.

So, since surprisingly many had some trouble to recognize them all, from left to right the characters are:

High Chancellor Ocato, the cranky sir in the Imperial City.
Vicente Valtieri, the friendly vampire of the Dark Brotherhood.
Sheogorath from the Shivering Isles expansion. Daedric prince of madness.
Haskill, his chamberlain. Shivering Isles. Obviously, duh.
Lucien Lachance, a Speaker of the Black Hand.
Hieronymus Lex, the Gray Fox-obsessed, uptight Watch Captain (I guess he was)
Martin Septim, THE HEIR OF URIEL SEPTIM VII %O %O
Eldamil, for christ's sake. Mythic Dawn, anyone?
M'aiq the Liar awww kitty kitty kitty.
