I always imagined the Medic to have a tough exterior that was only broken when one of his team members died, as he felt he had failed them. The addition of the coat over the Heavy shows such respect and care for them even in their death. Again I also imagined him to be willing to die with his team members in battle rather than retreat, there is so much honor and bravery in his eyes. This picture has so much power! I love it!

I like this one a lot. To those claiming inaccuracies, Medics (and every other class) could use shotguns in Team Fortress Classic! In fact they say Medics are very good fighters...
